The Dance Movement wholeheartedly invites you to dance, move and be moved! One hour of dance and movement can help you get out of the busy mind and come into the body in order to release stress, feel fitter, giggle, have fun, and ultimately make a positive connection with your body and others. The Dance Movement was founded in 2010 by Sarah Safi Harb, offering Bellydance classes, workshops & private classes in Amsterdam & Den Haag.Sarah integrates her Lebanese background and knowledge of Yoga and holistic dance practices in her classes. Sarah's vision is that every person has their own way of movement and dancing, she encourages people to find their own style and express their uniqueness. As it doesn’t matter how you dance, but how you feel and what you express while dancing!

Sarah is a great and loving teacher. She gives her lessons with so much love and passion. Its's not a mainstream lesson. Every body type, age and dance level are welcome. You will feel welcome as a individual because of Sarha and the group. The lesson will light up your week and will give you so much energy. It's a lesson you should give to your self as a present .
