Plenty kettlebells hier. Rustige plek in het park. Vaak creatieve opwarming en daarna het echte werk! Doe dit zelf 1x per week als aanvulling op m’n fitness.

About the Team
Owners: Rüben Spapens and Tom van Iersel Background: Master degree in Human Movement Science Their story: After years of teaching personal training clients and group classes we decided to start their own gym. Being nature kids, they love to train outdoors. The kettlebell, aka worlds only mobile gym, is a great piece of equipment which makes it possible to train strength and cardio wherever you want. And before they knew it, Kettlebell Outdoor Amsterdam was born in 2011. Since then, they have grown into a nice team of 12 trainers!
