Miesko PilatesDe level 1 les is een beginnersles waarbij je oefeningen op de mat en de reformer doet. In deze les is de focus wat meer op de mat dan op de reformer en is geschikt voor beginners met een introductiepakket. Je leert de basisprincipes zowel begrijpen met je hoofd als voelen in je lijf. De details zijn essentieel want die maken het verschil uit of je iets aan het verbeteren bent of je oude patronen voort blijft zetten. *Heb je ervaring met Pilateslessen maar nog niet op de reformer? Dan begin je met de Level 1 les om het apparaat eerst goed te leren kennen! Deze lessen zijn heel geschikt als je milde pijnklachten hebt of als je je stijf en stram voelt. Je leert hoe je je lichaam sterk kunt maken van binnen uit waardoor de spieren efficiënt gaan samenwerken en je vanuit vrijheid kunt bewegen. Je gaat je lijf als het ware herprogrammeren en wisselt oude en onhandige (en pijnlijke) beweegpatronen in voor nieuwe moeiteloos krachtige bewegingen die echt zooooo fijn voelen. Zo is het leven bedoeld, zo ben je gemaakt om te kunnen bewegen!
