Why should I visit Hot Flow Yoga Jordaan?

Hot Flow Yoga offers hot vinyasa flow at its best. Our team will guide you through a practice to build strength, resiliency and inner peace. Breath and movement in harmony – let this be your mantra.

What should I know of the first visit?

Improve your mind-body connection. You are your own teacher, allow us to be your guide. Challenge yourself and listen to your body. Child’s pose and breath are always welcome, even in the most powerful classes.

COVID-19 Safety: To protect our community, please be assured that: - Chanting, Oms and mouth-breathing are not currently part of Hot Flow Yoga classes. - Facilities (shower, changerooms) are closed - Tea/water service has been paused - Students are kept 1.5m apart during practice - Teachers will keep distance from students - No hands-on adjustments - Online reservations are mandatory.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

Please bring your own Mat and a Towel. For the time being, we are not providing blocks and/or straps.

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

Please respect our 8-hour cancellation window to avoid being charged for class. There are no refunds for missed classes. If there is an emergency please send an email or a WhatsApp to the Hot Flow Yoga team

What else should I know of?

Be ready to have fun and play on your mat! Come with a gentle, open mind. Be easy on yourself as you explore your practice. Be on time for practice, dressed and ready to practice. Showers are currently closed.
