Why should I visit Hot Flow Yoga Rivierenbuurt?

Because you love the heat and the small scale studio with high class teachers! And Vinyasa Flow at its best. Breath and movement in a perfect harmony. Let it be your mantra. Practice makes perfect. It's not the end result but the journey which counts. Breathe (through your nose). Be strong.

What should I know of the first visit?

Practice makes perfect. But we are not perfect when we start out so go slow. Challenge yourselves where you can and back off when you need to take a break. You are your own teacher. Listen to your body During the COVID-19 please bring your own Mat and Towel! There are no studio mats available. Please come changed into your yoga clothes. Showers and toilets are closed. Bring your water bottle.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

You need to bring your own Mat and a Towel. There is no equipments to be borrowed so perhaps a block and a strap can be handy.

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

Please respect the 8 hour cancellation window otherwise your card will still be charged. There will be no refund if you don't show up. If there is an emergency please send an email or a Whatsapp +31 6 25113968 (Joanna) or +31616243214 (Ann-Charlotte) to the Hot Flow Yoga team
