Hartelijk welkom bij Your.BodyTec, waar we streven naar het optimaliseren van jouw welzijn door middel van innovatieve benaderingen op het gebied van fitness, voeding en revalidatie. Personal EMS Training:

Ervaar de revolutie in fitness met onze personal EMS training. Onze op maat gemaakte programma's maken gebruik van Elektro Musculaire Stimulatie om je spieren effectief te activeren en te versterken. Met de begeleiding van onze ervaren trainers, kun je in korte tijd indrukwekkende resultaten behalen en werken aan een sterker, strakker en gezonder lichaam.

Expertise in Voeding:

Bij Your.BodyTec begrijpen we dat voeding een essentieel onderdeel is van jouw welzijnsreis. Daarom bieden onze voedingsexperts een 21 daags traject aan waarin je begeleid wordt om op een bepaalde manier te eten waardoor hormonen weer in balans komen. Of je nu gewicht wilt verliezen, spiermassa wilt opbouwen of je energielevels wilt verbeteren, laat het ons weten want wij kunnen je hierbij helpen.

Revalidatie en herstel:

Als experts op het gebied van revalidatie, staan wij klaar om je te begeleiden bij het herstel na blessures. Onze deskundige mylogenics behandelaren sporen de zwakke schakels van het lichaam op waarna ze deze behandelen om zo de oorzaak van je probleem aan te pakken.

Je hoeft geen specifieke sportkleding mee tijdens de eerste EMS-proefsessie. Je krijgt van ons onderkleding te leen wat je draagt onder het vest. Wat wel handig is, is een flesje water, binnensportschoenen en een handdoek.
Life happens, we get it! Als je een boeking hebt maar het niet redt, laat het ons gewoon weten. We begrijpen dat dingen soms anders lopen dan gepland. Samen zoeken we naar een oplossing. Flexibiliteit is onze tweede naam (naast sportief, natuurlijk!).
Denk aan ons als jouw gezondheidscoach! We zijn hier niet alleen voor de trainingen, maar ook om jou te ondersteunen op je gezondheidsreis. No need to bring your own gear! Wij zorgen voor alle benodigdheden. Drink alleen wat water voordat je komt. Water geleid electriciteit dus het is belangrijk dat er genoeg vocht in je lijf aanwezig is. En voor de rest? Geen zware sporttas, focus je gewoon op het enthousiast zijn. Wij hebben de rest al voor je geregeld!
