Yoga Lifestyle in Amsterdam offers dynamic exercises with special attention to the breath and use of mantras. Besides getting aware of your physical, mental and emotional condition, you will also positively influence them by following one of our classes. Our classes are adapted to any level and the instruction are simple to follow. We hardly welcome beginners to try it out. Our yoga classes usually start with some warm-ups to loosen the body, followed by yoga set / krya, then we relax and mediate before closing the session.
