About the Team
Studio AERIS was founded in 2012 by Sandra. After having done pole dance for many years (since 2004), she decided to create a safe space for quality pole and aerial classes in Utrecht. A place to feel welcome, to get a great workout and to encourage each other.
Now, Studio AERIS has grown to be a professional studio with over 10 enthusiastic instructors. All of them teach with great passion, and have their own unique style.

Compared to other studios, Aeris really gives a 'home' feeling, which makes practice without mental roadblocks easier. I don't go there frequently, but it's really close to me so this will probably be my new go-to. Instructors (and unfamiliar students) are all friendly and wholesome even if you're an unfamiliar face.
I had only one online class. (Power pole) The quality of pole was very good. You also learn a lot new tricks and get nice new inspirations. Sadly they don‘t get in touch with you that much. The trainier focus on the people at the studio, but for that verly low price that was completely fine. They had not written a speacial level in the discription, so I thought it is for everybody. I think you should know how to do the invert for this class.
