Questions and Answers

Why should I visit Studio 205?

Studio 205 is a spacious and funky loft space offering movement classes alongside art exhibitions. It is home to the only group Aerial Pilates lessons in Amsterdam. Pilates mat, Yoga, Dance, and Workshops are also offered.

What should I know of the first visit?

For first timers, have a good look at the directions on the website, the studio isn't the easiest to find. Please give Jill a call if you lose your way.

Do I need to bring any sport equipment or is it possible to borrow it at the facility?

Everything is provided. You just need a body. Plus good pants for moving and a shirt with a bit of a sleeve. It is also best to come already dressed for movement, if possible.

What do I need to do if I have booked something but am not able to come?

Please email the studio and let them know if you are unable to attend a lesson. You can also send a text to the number found on the website. Also, be aware that for late cancellation you will be charged for lessons.

What else should I know of?

Please read the class descriptions online before attending a lesson. Not all lessons are appropriate for all populations. And give yourself extra time to find the studio if it is your first time. It can be difficult to find.
