    About the Team

    Drijvende kracht achter Statiek is Josée van der Kooij. Josée geeft al vele jaren groepslessen. Na afronding van de opleiding tot STOTT Pilates docent kwam de studio in een stroomversnelling en groeide het aantal Pilateslessen snel.

    Door haar medische achtergrond als gediplomeerd oefentherapeut Cesar en bekkenspecialist, begeleidt zij mensen op een veilige en effectieve manier.

    Statiek is ontstaan vanuit de passie van Josée om mensen te trainen en te begeleiden in bewegen. Van jongs af aan is zij gegrepen door de schoonheid die in het bewegen ligt, zoals bij ballet en dans. In Pilates en in de bewegingsleer Cesar zie je het streven naar schoonheid en harmonie in bewegen terugkomen. Josée staat met haar groepslessen voor kwaliteit in bewegen, persoonlijke aandacht en plezier. Op een ongedwongen manier het beste uit je lijf halen!

    Sinds 2023 is Ildiko, met haar lessen Klassiek Pilates het team komen versterken.
