An established studio in Amstelveen, Shiva Yoga Center has been around for a decade creating awareness for a mindful and conscious living through the teachings of various yogis in Hatha Yoga, lyengar Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin & Yang Yoga, complemented with Pranayama, Meditation, Dance and other Body Balancing variations.
