Chase the RUSH for 50 minutes with a high intensity workout alternating between treadmill and dumbbell work stations. Challenge your endurance and strength with runs, sprints, sled pushes and strength sets that hit right when the music drops. 

  

RUSH rotates through 3 focused routines each week: RUSH_lower, RUSH_upper and RUSH_full.  

  

Same 50-minute format.  Same treadmill-to-workstation flow. Endless potential.

The room was very cramped, i had to wait other people to move to get in my spot. Would be better if the lifting area would be right behind treadmills. Also, the airco was not enough. There are a lot of people in the room and I felt like I couldn’t breathe with lack of oxygen down there
