Pole Practice is the only studio in Amsterdam offering systematic training in pole dance. The classes are designed so that you can join at any time.

All sessions are divided into levels: Intro, Beginners, Intermediate

The Intro level is for complete beginners starting from scratch or those who have been practicing for less than six months. We provide meticulous instruction to ensure that when you progress to a new level of difficulty, you won't have to relearn or spend time on the basics.

The Beginners level is suitable for those who have been practicing for over six months and also emphasizes systematic and sequential training. All of this is aimed at helping you improve your skills in tricks and dance, surprising yourself along the way.

About the Team

We provide classes using the most effective and safe system, allowing students to master many acrobatic elements without injuries and gradually.

How does it work?

The student comes to the studio and sees a list of the elements we are learning that week. Each student will have their own version of the trick: simplified, advanced, or basic.

You can attend once a week, twice, or all three times - on the first class, you'll get acquainted with the elements, on the second, you'll reinforce them, and on the third, you'll perfect them and add complexity.

And so, every week, students will have a new list of tricks (which we've planned for the next 6 months).

In this mode, even if you miss a couple of weeks, it's not a problem - some elements are repeated 2 or more times, while others are practiced at every session.
