Best experience in a mat pilates class! Despite it being online and myself being a beginner with more experienced ladies, Lucia managed to correct and guide me through-out the session! Moreover, I really enjoyed the choice of exercises for working out my back muscles! Very good feeling in my back afterwards!

Wij lessen al een jaar bij Lucia. Elke keer regelmatig wat nieuwe oefeningen en rekken van spiertjes waarvan je het bestaan niet wist. Ze is zeer precies in de uitvoering van de oefeningen en altijd plezierig in de omgang.

Lucia is een super fijne Pilates lerares. Ik doe nu al ongeveer 1 jaar trainingen bij haar en merk echt verschil. Ze heeft geduld en helpt je waar nodig. Sinds kort heeft ze een nieuwe locatie en die is super fijn. Een echte aanrader!!

Pilates Lucia is gelegen in Amsterdam Zuid in de buurt van het winkelcentrum Rooswijck. Parkeren voor de deur kost 2,50/uur (weekend gratis) of op 2 min loopafstand 1 uur gratis parkeren (blauwe zone winkelcentrum Rooswijck). Pilates Lucia biedt mat lessen, privé lessen en duo privé lessen. Bij Pilates Lucia krijg al je aandacht die je nodig hebt
