Karunika Spiritual Center Amsterdam offers a wide range of classes for everyone regardless of where they are in their spiritual practice.
What makes Karunika special?
They not only offer yoga classes in a large variety of styles (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Nidra, Beginners, Prenatal, Kids) as well as Meditation, Breathwork, Qi gong, Thai Yoga Massage and more!
Their small class sizes allow them to support a cozy community space for more personalized transformation.
They focus less on "push yourself" fitness mentalities and more on harnessing the healing power within ourselves.

Each teacher holds the creative freedom to teach their own uniquely inspired lessons from their heart, not from a script. This allows for deeper connections with their students and guarantees a more intuitive practice. The core value unifying all the classes is strengthening your connection to spirit. This encompasses the connection to your self, to others, and to the shared consciousness that which the universe expresses itself through.
