    OPTIMALE CALORIEVERBRANDING. Kenmerkend voor een JudyJump fitness trampoline work-out is dat alle spiergroepen worden getraind. Je verbruikt hierdoor meer calorieën dan bij veel andere sporten. Een absolute fatburner, waarbij je pezen, rug en gewrichten ontlast worden.

    WEG MET STRESS AND JUMP FOR JOY. Tijdens het trampoline springen komen de stoffen serotonine en endorfine vrij, die je een goed humeur en zelfvertrouwen geven. Het gezamenlijk trampoline springen met inspirerende muziek geeft je energie en een geweldige teamgeest.

    TOTALE BODY TRAINING. Tijdens een total body work-out ga je de uitdaging aan met jezelf en verleg je je grenzen. De elementen coördinatie, kracht, snelheid, lenigheid en uithoudingsvermogen worden hierdoor bij je ontwikkeld. Bij het springen is er een afwisseling van statisch naar dynamisch bewegen, met als doel zowel de spieren als het doorzettingsvermogen van de deelnemer te versterken.

    Sporten: Topsport atletiek, fitness en dansOpleidingen: o.a. CIOS met specialisaties atletiek, fitness en dans, Sociaal Pedagogisch Hulpverlener, Activiteiten Begeleider, Fit Vak Aerobics instructriceWerk ervaring in de sport: ruim 25 jaar werkzaam geweest op de mooiste sportscholen in NL en sinds 2017 oprichter en eigenaar van judyjump. Werk ervaring buiten de sport: Vele jaren tevens werkzaam geweest in de hulpverlening als Pedagoog voor jonge kinderen met ontwikkelings- en gedragsproblemen.Persoonlijkheid: spontaan, energiek , vrolijk en houdt van mensen.Levensmotto: love and challenge yourself!

    Judyjump Work-outs voor iedereen, ongeacht je niveau en leeftijd. Als beginner zijn je gewicht, leeftijd of trainingsniveau geen bezwaar om te kunnen deelnemen. Het belangrijkste is dat je je bij ons op je gemak voelt en plezier wilt hebben! Sprongen en technieken zijn gemakkelijk te leren en garanderen snelle succeservaringen voor iedereen.
    Alle lessen vinden plaats in de mooie studio in de ASICS store. Let op: Er is geen douche aanwezig. Wel een kleine kleedruimte en een Wc.
    Neem schone sportschoenen mee en een handdoek.
    Boekingen kunnen niet geannuleerd worden
    Judyjump lessen zijn afwisselend, uitdagend en vooral heel erg leuk!
