"Joyce Silva Xavier created JSX over a decade ago with one goal in mind: to empower and inspire women to unleash their inner power. As a professional dancer and fitness trainer she has discovered how important self-care is to experience the body and mind connection to live a fulfilling life. She discovered through Dance, movement, meditation and mindful coaching she can inspire others to have the courage to believe in themselves and live the creation of their dreams. She believes that women should shine their light bright and that is why she started a self-love community of girl power.
JSX Studio's teachers are passionate qualified professionals with a background in multiple movement disciplines. It varies from Dance, Barre Pilates, Yoga and Flexibility training. They all share the same goal, to inspire and empower woman to express themselves through movement and music. As a boutique, small classes studio they aim to give their students lots of personal attention so that you can all grow as a community.
