    Hey! Ich bin Romina und ich unterrichte Yoga in allen Altersklassen. Ich unterrichte in Gruppen an unterschiedlichen Standorten vor Ort und Online, außerdem kannst Du bei mir auch Privatunterricht buchen.

    Im Rahmen des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements, unterstütze ich Dich gerne dabei, mit Yoga die Gesundheit deiner Mitarbeiter zu fördern.

    Über das Team

    Hey, ich bin Romina, ich bin Yogalehrerin und Yoga ist meine große Leidenschaft. Ich habe mir zum Ziel gesetzt, Yoga an viele kleine und große Menschen weiter zu geben. Mein Motto ist: Yoga ist für alle da. Ob klein oder groß, jung oder alt, flexibel oder unbeweglich - jeder kann Yoga üben und die vielen Vorteile von Yoga genießen. Komm vorbei und überzeuge dich selbst!

    Häufig gestellte Fragen

    Bitte bringe deine eigene Yogamatte und wenn du hast, auch gerne einen Yogablock mit. Ansonsten benötigst du nur bequeme Kleidung und evtl. ein Paar kuschelige Socken/eine Decke oder gemütliche Jacke für die Schlussentspannung.
    Entspann Dich! Die Zeit auf deiner Matte ist DEINE Zeit! Bitte mach dir keine Gedanken darüber ob du flexibel oder sportlich genug für Yoga bist und darüber, ob du dich vielleicht vor den Anderen blamieren könntest. Wir alle wohnen in ganz individuellen Körpern und jeder Körper hat eigene Grenzen. Es ist nicht wichtig, wie tief du in eine spezielle Haltung hinein kommst oder wie gut du dabei ausschaust. In meinen Kursen ist kein Raum für Konkurrenz oder Bewertung. Hier soll sich jeder frei fühlen und seine Zeit genießen können.
    Die Kurse für Erwachsene sind fortlaufend und alle 10er Karten - Nutzer können bis zu 4h vor Kursbeginn über die Plattform storniert werden. Solltest du hier Probleme haben, kannst du dich selbstverständlich auch telefonisch bei mir abmelden. Bei Absagen die weniger als 4h vor Kursbeginn gemacht werden, muss die Kursstunde trotzdem berechnet werden. Für die Memberships und die Kinderyoga Kurse gilt der Festpreis und nicht genommene Stunden können nicht erstattet oder nachgeholt werden.
