Inmiddels een aantal jaren aangesloten bij deze CrossFit Box en 4 tot 5 dagen per week aanwezig. Een mooie afwisseling in de WOD's en altijd uitdagend (hoewel dat ook erg van jezelf afhangt). Goede coaching waar nodig, maar ook de ruimte om gewoon zelf aan de slag te gaan. Mede-crossfitters van allerlei niveaus, maar allemaal serieus en enthousiast en vooral ook een fijne groepsdynamiek. Top dus! :)
