At Calisthenics Amsterdam, we focus on mobility and training with our own body weight. Strongly similar to gymnastics, but with its own raw and urban touch. As it is easily adapted to each and everyone’s level, training is open for everyone to join and have fun!

About the Team

OUR MISSION “We welcome everyone. Already toned up your body years ago, or, ehm, totally ready for a makeover (body and soul)? The silent type, or a more of a clown? Man, woman, searching? Come and join us. The world is your playground. You’ll feel at home on playgrounds for adults all over the world. It’s where we grow together both our muscles and our knowledge about our own body. Not only will you slowly but steadily turn into your strongest self, but you will also learn pretty awesome moves like magic Muscle-Ups and perfect Handstands. Apart from strength, calisthenic moves require mobility, patience and perseverance the very qualities that set the truest athletes apart. Leave your ego at the gate, and have fun.

Trainen met het eigen lichaam kan iedereen en wij zorgen ervoor dat het nog leuk wordt ook!!
Neem een flesje water, iets met suiker en een handdoek mee. Geef aan bij de trainer dat het je eerste keer is dan komt het helemaal goed!
Het enige wat je nodig hebt is je sportkleding en een goed humeur!
We hebben een WhatsApp groep waarin afmeldingen worden gedeeld zodat andere members aan de les kunnen mee doen! Vraag om te worden toegevoegd hiervoor bij de trainer.
Het maakt niet uit wat je niveau is, jij kan mee doen en ervaar of je het leuk vindt!
