I accidentally booked the wrong class (I usually take BTY ABS), but Nadia was amazing as always! She guided me trough the entire workout, and her explanations were clear and easy to follow. She gives the best tips throughout the class. I can feel insecure sometimes joining these kind of classes (I wouldn’t call myself a fit girl), but Nadia has a way of making you feel comfortable while still pushing you to your limits. The world needs more instructors like Nadia….

Not used to work out in the morning but Jamie is so good (form correction + motivation + playlist + mind/muscle connection awareness + smile + energy), so I have to reconsider my schedule preferences to attend her classes 🙃
