Awesome hardcore class with great instructor. Wasn’t huge fan of the music (would love some rock) but understand it fits the workout. Some machines could do with some TLC because handles are peeling off and water bottle cage has fallen. Greta it has machines for tall people and definitely don’t forget to bring gloves and water!
