Nice workout to wake up the body and the senses. At times I thought I couldn’t continue but it’s all in the mind. All in all it was worth it. Glad I showed up for myself by taking this class

Alma means [Soul] in Spanish, so our latin instructors are going to guide you through the workout with a good energy and excitement. Just as in our culture, we're going to make you feel at home!
It is proven that the key to achieve a happy life is to find balance between body and mind. That is why in these 45 minutes you will do both. HIIT + Meditation. The mental and body energy you will feel when you leave the class will be extraordinary!
We will take care of you, we will guide you and cheer you during the class. Everyone is welcome and if you are a work out beginner, no worries low impact exercises will be taught.
