Salsa Starters (SSP Rotterdam)

Have you always wanted to dance salsa, or do you want to convince that one friend to finally start? Or do you feel like upgrading your skills during a fun summer salsa workshop?

Come to Poetic Motion on August 24th for our starters salsa workshop! You are never too young, too old, too bad, too… to start! 

In the 3 hour workshop, we will teach you the basic principles of salsa dance and music and you get to experience the way we work. We pay attention to fundamentals (the basic elements of dance), shines (individual dance moves) and of course partnering.

Fun and patience are key, so you will return home with fresh energy and a smile on your face for sure!

NICE TO KNOW

Special dance shoes are not necessary. Make sure to wear clothing you feel you can comfortably move around in, maybe wear some layers.

In our classes we dance on2, that is salsa on the second count of the music. It’s not necessary to join our classes with a dance partner.
