Pole strap with Maaike

Learn how to fly with this super fun new trend in aerials; the pole strap!

Maaike will teach you all the in and outs in this beginner friendly workshop. In 1,5 hours you will learn:

• a proper warm-up to protect the shoulders and wrist
• how to use a pole strap
• cool combinations on both spin and static!

Of course there will be time to take pretty pictures as well :)

Level: basic pole level needed, inverts are advised
