Every other week Robert Boustany is zooming into your living room to give a lecture on a specific yoga-related topic.

Robert has been practicing yoga for over 60 years, 50 of which he’s been teaching as well. These Friday Night lectures are packed with information and energy. Robert is capable of sensing ‘the room’ for what is needed and adapting his teachings as follows. Connection and growth. Spiritually and physically. Centred around the principle of Satsang: being with the truth.

Practical: - You can join these nights from your own home. - The lecture will be available as a replay for 2 weeks. - Make sure you have everything you need within reach before the lecture starts. This includes a notebook, mat, two blocks, a blanket, a cup of tea and your smile.

This studio uses Zoom as their online streaming provider. Download the according app to your laptop, tablet or smartphone
Access to the online livestream is available 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Simply go to "My bookings" and click on "Join online stream now" to be redirected to the corresponding page
With some streaming providers (e.g. Zoom) it is possible for participants to see each other. However, it is theoretically possible to deactivate the camera function. The name you enter when entering the online meeting room is displayed to other participants. However, you can always change your name (e.g. only the initials). Please note: Individual rules for online participation may apply for each class or venue.
