“A song, a dance and a story!” one day yoga retreat

09.30 opening with A SONG

10.00 very, very slow somatic movement, gentle flow, and fascia release in meditation

11.00 A DANCE

11.30 short break

11.45 -13.00 yin-like asana, breath awareness and A SHARE

14.30- 15.15 restorative yin like yoga, breath awareness and A STORY

15.25-17.00 A mindful walk in the Klooster garden, Japanese poetry, a nice long savasana and SILENCEThe inspiration for this one day retreat in the chapel is the following piece that I am sure we have all seen in a meme! “In many shamanic societies, if you came to a shaman or medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions.
