Dance into Expansion

Moving the body moves the mind. This creative workshop invites you to physically and mentally expand - through dance. 

Based on contemporary dance techniques, you will be supported to enlarge your movements and shift through the room. As a result, you will likely feel more aware of your back space and be able to move confidently in any direction - more aware of a 360 degree range of motion. 

Across the 2 hours you will be invited to connect with yourself and others, and discover new ways to dance. Emily will guide the dancing in a way that encourages you to move beyond your edges, leading to a greater sense of physical and mental expansion.

These monthly workshops gradually build in complexity, offering freedom to move within a held structure of dance technique. No prior dance experience is necessary.
