Healing ceremony

Join us for our healing ceremony designed to give you a moment to slow down, take care of yourself and find reflection and new insights from within.

During this 2 hour workshop, we will connect through a sacred cacao ceremony, oracle and tarot reading for guidance, sound healing with crystal singing bowls for relaxation, reflective journaling with time to share and integrate, in the beautiful location of The Human Fabrique in Haarlem.

About this event Cacao, Tarot & Sound During the event you will be guided by facilitators Amy and Hélène.

What to expect: ● Setting of intentions with a short meditation and opening circle, including an oracle and tarot reading for the collective group ● You will be guided through a channelled cacao ceremony: we will create a sacred circle where we will be invited to raise your vibration, open your heart and tune in with the spirit of cacao & your higher self. Together we will go into a deep healing inner journey. ● Laying down to receive as Amy will be guiding you into a high vibrational Sound bath journey, using crystal singing bowls and other instruments ● Followed by free time to integrate with journaling prompts and time to reflect ● We will then regroup for a final sharing circle and closing ceremony

What you need for this experience: ● A journal/paper & pen ● An eye mask or eye pillow is a nice touch! ● Bring along your favourite crystals to be blessed and charged ● Bring sacred objects to place on the altar: flowers, sacred pictures, crystals, … ● Dress comfortably and come ready to relax!

What you’ll receive: ● Nourishing cacao ● Unlimited tea / water to stay hydrated ● Plenty of energetic nourishment!

Good to know: Cacao is a gentle and loving medicine. To be able to fully connect with the cacao, it is best to not drink coffee on the day of the event and to avoid eating two hours prior to the ceremony. If you are on antidepressants, it's recommended to not drink more than a few sips of the cacao. (cacao and antidepressants do not mix well and can have harmful side effects: heavy headache) If you are pregnant, let us know and most of all: listen to your body (maybe have a small cup of cacao)
