So many people are suffering from neck problems and shoulder pain. Causes can be various, but mostly related to our sedentary lifestyle, feeling over-responsible or physical injuries. Specific postures from Pralaya Yoga can help to reduce or even solve pain and tension in these areas. That will be the subject of today's Deep Dive. With about 55 years of experience with teaching yoga and applying yoga therapeutics, Robert will definitely give you deep insights into it.
