The 8 Limbs of Yoga | 300H/500H Teacher Training Day

Our 300H/500H Teacher Training is a deep dive into the beautiful world of Pralaya Yoga. During the program you will develop in-depth insights in the anatomy of yoga, both on a physical, subtle and spiritual level.

This Teacher Training day Robert - as the founder of Pralaya Yoga - guide us how the 8 limbs of yoga can be embedded in our daily lives. With over 50 years of experience in teaching yoga, Robert surely knows what he is talking about this day.

• Location: Yogasite, Dr Struijckenstraat 165, Breda
• This day is part of our 300H Teacher Training Program and open to students that are currently participating in the program or have completed their 200H Teacher Training with us.
