We all feel a longing to open our hearts and live from there. But however beautiful that may sound it is not so easy to do for most of us. Our mental conditioning based on cultural upbrining, past experiences or family heritage hinders us to trust the wisdom and guidance of our hearts.

Pralaya Yoga can be a beautiful help in letting go of limiting beliefs, past trauma and fears. Working on a physical level helps us to face the mental obstacles and gives us a better understanding of how body-mind-spirit are connected. It guides us into the power of our own hearts.

As the heart is Robert's favourite 'muscle' ... this promises to be another day full of inspiration.
