This Teacher Training day is open for all of our students and graduates, for yoga teachers from different traditions and lineages and for health-care professionals. For students of our 200H and 300H programs, these contact hours count toward your certification.

For more than 50 years yogi Robert Boustany has guided more than 2.000 individuals in healing injuries and trauma through yoga. Combining in-depth knowledge of and experience with both traditional Chinese practices (such as Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong), yoga and modern self-care modalities with physics, he is known for his detailed understanding of the anatomy, science and energetics of the human body.

All of his wisdom comes together in Pralaya Yoga, which is a system that is very suitable for Yoga Therapeutics. Some of our students call it 'Meditative Physiotherapy or Psychotherapy'. Pralaya Yoga Therapy can offer a holistic approach to healing for people that suffer from injuries, severe stress or trauma.

During this day of Teacher Training we will focus on the cause and healing of common injuries and stressors through Pralaya Yoga Therapy. We will learn how physical aches and pains can be related to emotional pain and how asanas, pranayama and meditation can support releasing of energetical blockages as an opportunity for healing.
