Energetics | Post 500H Teacher Training

The topic of this Post-500H Teacher Training Day is Energetics, definitely one of the fields of expertise of Robert. He studied the subject of energy work with many masters from different traditions, ranging from Traditional Chinese Medicine, to more modern esoteric techniques and ancient Himalayan teachings. How is energetics defined in yoga? How does it relate to the physical and mental bodies? And how do you work with it?
