INNER WORK 

We enter spring 2024 with our biggest and most complete Amenti MoveMeant Course!

The Inner Work Course is a 10-day journey of transformation that elaborates on the body-mind connection and the importance our physical being plays within our overall health and awareness.
We dive into all the layers of the MoveMeant Method, where each layer represents a specific area of your life and the human experience, with its own topics, exercises, movemeant and dance languages, and elements.

Inner Work is the most complete course we offer in our MoveMeant Method. It contains the most information, tools, and exercises of all the courses we teach and truly allows you to uncover many (hidden) parts of yourself.

During the Inner Work, you will also encounter guest teachers who guide you, provide knowledge, and approach self-awareness from other practices. 

Next to movement and dance as the core of our teachings, this course also consists of theory. We provide a clear understanding of the philosophical and psychological (Jungian) ideas behind our Method. 

This course is for everyone who wishes to incorporate their body in their self-awareness journey. No prior dance or movement experience is required to join, it is open to all.

To this day, previous participants tell us how this course was a catalyst for change within their lives, how it gave them clear insights into why they've become the people they are now, and how their awareness about the free will to change has shifted. 

This course will be taught by the founder of Amenti and the MoveMeant Method, Gil 'the Grid' Gomes Leal, with guests and assistants.
