CLASSIQUE - Strip Plastic Course with Nicole Spirit

Fridays 17th, 24th and 31st March - 18h/20h

In this course we'll explore different sides of Strip Plastic style.

Dance will not exist without engaging into technique first, training the fundamentals and understand its vocabulary and original aesthetic.

Then, creativity, emotions and storytelling have to follow to really create some outstanding and unique.

This is the focus of the course, to explore both technique and originality and merging them together in a choreography playing with energy shift

Part One:

Following the melody of classical music, it's drama and grace, we'll focus on lines, poses and moves inspired by ballet. This is a great chance to to master the basics and bring them to the next level!

Moves will be delicate and light and we'll play with the feeling of vulnerability.

Part Two:

This is where the black swan comes in, the dark energy.

The movements will become more grounded and experimental and it will be time to the boldness and the sensual.

The location will be shared I'm a mail before the start of the course ( Amsterdam Oost)
