Hey my name is Helena Balder Mendez lam a dancer, performer ( artist ) straight translated from my soul! I started dancing since i was young dancing in the living room, but started my journey when i was 15 years old on a normal dance school and on my 16th i got accepted on my dance education. I graduated on my 19th from the dance academy and started my dance journey in amsterdam on my 20/21 st ! I developed in the classical sight, commercial & hiphop, but what lies deep within me is the female commercial sight thats where Helena truly comes out ! l'am a allround dancer who speaks her words trough dancing, without music i cant get trough the day. l'am now 21 years old and you can still find me performing, supporting other artists & showing people what dance can do for you! I love to see people smile, see them feeling free and thats why i love to give/ teach some of my art to you!
