Hot Strong Flow

A class with creative sequencing where we will move through both traditional and non-traditional yoga movements to create stability and strength throughout your body. A practice for all levels – with options such as inversions and arm balances for more advanced yogis. This practice is in a heated room of 35°C.

There are mats and blocks available but needs to be cleaned by the student after use. Please be on time! Late arrival will not get into the class (even if it's just a minute...).
