Yin Yang

This class is a combination of different practices that will take you into a sweet balance of yin and yang energies. We use yin qualities to start class, finding stillness, landing in the moment. Next we proceed into the dynamic part of practice, connecting movement with the breath, consciously working on strength and flexibility. At the end we again move into still, grounding yin postures to get into deeper layers of your body as well as awareness.
