Outdoor morning Flow at Sarphatipark

Start your week fresh and early with a outdoor yoga practice at Sarphatipark. Class will take place at entrance north between eerste and tweede Jan Steenstraat, by the big tree. During these classes we will keep the health and safety measure of 1.5 metres distance apart from each other. Please bring your own mat if possible. Centering yourself to create space, open up and releasing tension.
