Hot Morning Flow

There are studio mats and blocks available to lend but needs to be cleaned by the student after use. Please be mindful of 8 hour cancellation window for students. Please be on time! Late arrival will not get into the class (even if it's just a minute...).

This is a heated 60 min class of 35°C. Expect some creative sequences and fun with inspiring music. Both traditional and non-traditional vinyasa inspired movements are part of the practice.
