Through our powerful breathwork & sound class, you can open up yourself to your real essence. The frequency of the sounds of the gongs, crystal bowls and other ancient instruments will bring you to a deeper state of awareness, will help you to let go of anything you don’t need, and to embrace anything that’s ahead of you.

About the teacher:

Over the past 20 years, Lilyan has immersed herself in many areas (Kundalini yoga, licensed prenatal yoga teacher & mommy and me in Los Angeles; Reiki; psychotherapy; life coaching; private soundbaths/yoga/ mediation classes; Oneness blessing; Gong etc). 

In her own words:

I have experienced many soundbaths (in LA, Amsterdam) and taken an awful lot of classes on sound, yoga and meditation. My whole being feels ready to give back. 

Giving soundbaths to groups is something that fills my heart and has long felt like that which belongs to me. The sound of my gongs, the singing bowls, the crystal bowls, chimes, rainstick, shrutibox and more, will surround people with frequencies of sounds that are healing (as evidenced by research), surround them with a bath of love and can prompt people to a path of healing. 

If the combination of a breathing class is given, another dimension of healing can be added, first releasing the toxins and then starting the relaxation of the soundbath.

This is not yet being done in Amstelveen, and I would love to start this.
