Our Power Flow classes combines the flowing element of Vinyasa ('movement with breath') with a series of strong and powerful yoga postures. Expect creative sequences practiced in a heated room of 33-35°C. This class targets both strength and flexibility throughout the entire body.

There will be a focus on alignment, along with awareness of breath. Expect to get your heart rate up in this uplifting class. Power Flow is most suited to those with some yoga experience.

Über

Ann-Charlotte spent 10 year in Bali, practicing with the most amazing yoga teachers. A big inspiration was her Iyengar teacher Olop Arip. After a serious illnes she decided to change her path and become a teacher herself. She finished her teacher training in Vinyasa Flow and moved back to Amsterdam. After been practicing at Hot Flow Yoga Amsterdam and meeting Joanna, the owner of the studio, she decided to open up a franchise studio almost a year ago. Hot Flow Yoga Jordaan was born and the rest is history…this a small all-inclusive boutique style studio who offers a beautiful and intimite surrounding for yoga loving people.
