Welcome to the Series of HOW TO...? We will go into different aspects of Yoga and help you to understand more about how or why we practice. In this video, we will explain how to practice Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a sequence of 12 powerful yoga poses. Besides being a great cardiovascular workout, Surya Namaskar is also known to have an immensely positive impact on the body and mind. Influenced by my teachers, peers, environment and my travels, l bring a unique sense of empowerment to each of my classes. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana my goal is to have my students leave each class feeling refreshed and renewed. My classes are as demanding as you want them to be and there is a lot of freedom to modify the poses depending on what you need. I teach in a way that lets the student experience for themselves the beauty of the Yoga path. My goal is that the students find that sacred place in the class and in themselves.
