Soul Yoga is free movement Vinyasa for yoga level's 1 to 2 (beginners to intermediate). Each asana will flow step-by-step to fully immerse yourself in a dynamic strength building flow sequence, finding the balance of calmness and power while building up towards a peak pose. Together we will find different ways to motivate ourselves to sweat, work smart and have fun!
The class is streamed ONLINE via Zoom, the link will be provided in your Eversport account. Please make sure you have your microphone turned to mute so you do not disturb the class. If you don't like to be seen by other participants please turn your camera off.
