Welcome to this beginner's legs and glutes session. As the name suggests
we're going to give the lower part of our body the attention it needs.
Think healthy knees, ankles, calves, and hips, and let's not forget about
our bum! The big muscles often get the most of our attention but within
this session, we also look for balance and cohesion between said muscle
