In this video you will learn a combination between a table top split, broken split and broken dragon. You will find the explanation for every move, together with the explanation for the whole combo and the transitions in between. You can do a specific follow along warm up, however I did cut the dead moments in the class, so you can only get the useful informations.

The explanations are in German with English subtitles.
