You will have access to the content for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend to follow the same order as we've outlined above, as it will give you a good balance of workouts through the week - starting with a lower intensity class, and then two high intensity classes, followed by a class on the floor in which you easily can adjust the intensity you want, and finally ending with a class focusing on the abs.
