The Vinyasa basic series born from the importance of detailing, the believe that if we explore the details of “so define” beginner asana , we can evolve it and create different levels of challenge that can satisfied the needs of the very beginner as well the most advanced practitioner,
In this series I aim to explore the details of the most common and recurrent asana such as Chaturanga, Plank, Upward Facing Dog, The Warriors and much more to clarify doubts about fundamentals asana that I also personally carried for a long time as a practitioner.
The understanding and learning of certain passages and details in basic asana will help the student to ease the flow, build strength and control and eventually to become able to define which kind of intensity he/she could apply to his/her own practice, to become the best observer of his/her physical needs in the present moment, to enhance the understanding of needs and boundaries and learn how to grow a critical point of view to be applied on and off the mat
