This Video is a 20 min Shoulder Conditioning Routine!
It is perfect to do after a Warm-Up and before you hop on the Pole, do Acrobatics or continue lifting weights in the Gym.
You will find the following Exercises in this video:
- Prone Arm Lift Off Variations
- Prone Arm Lifts with weights
- Banded Overhead External & Internal Rotation
- Banded Plank Walks
For this Video you will need:
- Small weights (1-2kg)
- Looped Resistance Band (medium/light)
- Yoga Block
